Vantastival 2019

We had a great time playing on the Trad Folkin’ Rocks Stage at Vantastival, over the June bank holiday weekend. This was our first gig as a four piece, and given that 2 members only met for the first time, just prior to stepping onstage together, our set went down really well and Shay busted some serious moves throughout. Never a dull moment with the Friends of the Relics.

It was so much fun to play on the same stage as some other great Irish music artists including; The Mary Wallopers, The Bonny Men and our sister band Nóiníní.

What a wonderful debut on the Irish music festival circuit for the Relics. We hope this was the first of many and look forward to lashing out our mix of contemporary and traditional music to more festival audiences in the near future.
